Clearwater Creek Preserve/JD 3 Update <br /> Denaway reviewed Rice Creek Watershed District's concept plans to clean Judicial Ditch#3. Their plans <br /> impact Clearwater Creek Preserve, several Hugo trails, and other parks. A significant component of the park <br /> is to build a maintenance access path along the ditch. In Clearwater Creek Park, Debris removal will be done <br /> and several water crossings will be constructed to provide access for maintenance. Tree clearing will be <br /> significant. Work has started with the mapping of the ditch going throughout Hugo. <br /> 4. Liens Park Work Plan <br /> Denaway presented the Lions Park drafted work plan schedule showing guidelines, planning status,steps, <br /> timelines and meeting schedules. Currently the design guidelines and conceptual plan have been approved. <br /> Next step is to review the feasibility study, review phasing, outline options with development and evaluate <br /> the preliminary cost estimates. <br /> Tennyson made a motion, Haag seconded to direct City Staff to review/prepare a feasibility study. <br /> All ayes.
