D. Trail Feasibility Plan: If deemed potentially feasible, WSB will prepare a trail feasibility plan, based on the preferred approach from the City, that represents a preferred design solution within the scope of Goodview Ave N from Egg Lake Road to the intersection of Geneva Ave N, which is approximately 1,600 lineal feet. This will include plans to a 30% level, estimate of probable costs, and a memo describing the trail route to guide future planning efforts. One (1) staff review meeting will be held. E. Public Meetings: WSB will attend up to two (2) city public meetings to include a Parks Commission meeting to present and discuss the trail feasibility plan and a City Council meeting to approve and adopt the plan. F. Additional Services: Services other than those listed in the Scope of Services above and requested and authorized in writing by the City. These services shall be billed on an hourly basis according to the current Hourly Rate Schedule. FEE PROPOSAL It is proposed that the Scope of Services to be billed on an hourly not to exceed basis as follows: Task A (Wetland Delineation): $4,000 Task B (Data Collection): $1,200 Task C (Conceptual Design): $2,000 Task D (Trail Feasibility): $8,500 Task E (Public Meetings): $2,000 Total: $17,700 If you are in agreement with the terms as outlined above, please sign where indicated below and return one copy to our office.
