Oneka Place 4th Addition Final Plat and Development Agreement DATE: April 29, 2020, for the City Council Meeting of May 4, 2020 REVIEW DEADLINE: May 17, 2020 (60-days) 1. PROPOSED MOTION: Move to approve the resolution approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement for Oneka Place 4th Addition. Approval of the Final Plat and Development Agreement requires a 3/5 vote of the City Council. 2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: The applicant is requesting approval of a final plat and development agreement to plat 63 residential lots and 2 oultlots from the Oneka Place preliminary plat. This will develop 25.5 acres in property legally described as Outlot L, Oneka Place and Outlots B and C, Oneka Place 3rd Addition. The sites are currently vacant. 3. BACKGROUND: The City Council approved the preliminary plat and PUD for Oneka Place at its May 21, 2018 meeting which included 177 residential lots. At its August 6, 2018, meeting the City Council approved the first phase of the development consisting of 54 residential lots. At its March 4, 2019, meeting the City Council approved the replatting of 14 residential lots from the first phase to 12 - 65 foot wide lots for the second phase. At its April 11, 2019, meeting the City Council approved a final plat for Oneka Place 3rd Addition to create 54 residential lots. This final plat will plat 63 residential lots from the Oneka Place preliminary plat. The lots meet the minimum lot standards and requirements for the Oneka Place PUD. Park dedication has been stratified for the this development with the dedication of Outlot N, Oneka Place.
