Resolution 2020-24 <br />Page 3 <br />21. The developer shall continue to work with the City on the location of the trail and <br />what portions will be constructed with the development. <br />22. The developer shall continue to work with the City on the location of the trash <br />enclosure. <br />Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy: <br />23. Landscaping shall be fully installed per approved landscape plan. <br />24. All of the improvements shall be constructed per the approved plans. <br />25. All roof top mechanical equipment must be screened from view of adjacent <br />properties. Staff shall perform an inspection when equipment is installed to ensure <br />compliance with City code. <br />26. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City over the stormwater <br />management facilities. <br />27. The developer will be responsible for maintaining stormwater facilities and <br />vegetation proposed as a part of the project.
