All the <br />contact information in terms of address and phone numbers remain the same. <br /> <br />Hugo Ventures was formed by myself to acquire the vacant lots 3 -16 and the common area lot 17 and <br />I remain the majority LLC member and Treasurer. That purchase was completed on December 31, <br />2018. <br /> <br />As you are aware, after the PUD Amendment into 37 villa lots, Homes by Legacy LLC will be acquiring <br />the lots and completing the building of the homes and any necessary private infrastructure <br />improvements for each phase section.
