RESOLUTION 2019-XX <br />APPROVING A SITE PLANAND PUD AMENDMENT FOR LAMACCHIA <br />GROUP FOR A HEARTLAND CREDIT UNION BANKON THE PROPERTY <br />LOCATED NORTH OF FRENCHMAN ROAD/CSAH 8 AND EAST OF VICTOR <br />HUGO BOULEVARD NORTH <br />HEREAS, LaMacchia Group, has requested approval of a site plan and PUD <br />W <br />amendment for a Heartland Credit Union retail bank building on the property legally <br />described as; <br />th <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Victor Gardens North Village 4 Addition, Washington County, <br />Minnesota. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan and PUD amendment <br />at a duly called a public hearing on October 10, 2019, and recommends approval subject <br />to the conditions listed in this resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site <br />plan and PUD amendment for LaMacchia group for a Heartland Credit Union retail bank <br />building with the following findings: <br />1.The site plan shall be consistent with the plans submitted on August 23, 2019 and <br />revisions received on September 30, 2019, and as amended by this resolution. <br />2.All items on the Engineer’s memo and “red-line” detailed engineering comments that <br />have been sent directly to the developer’s engineer dated October 2, 2019, shall be <br />met. <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit: <br />3.The applicant shall provide all materials necessary to ensure the applicant has entered <br />into the existing cross access and parking agreement between property owners in the <br />th <br />Victor Gardens North Village 4 Addition. <br />4.Prior to the installation of any signs, the applicant shall apply for a sign permit and <br />comply with section 90-265 in the City Code. <br />5.The applicant shall continue to work with staff on the building material colors and the <br />material sample board shall be approved by staff. <br />6.The trash enclosure on site must be constructed with the same materials as the <br />principal building. The design shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />7.Exterior lighting shall be directed down and shielded from adjacent properties and <br />roadways and the number and location of pole mounted fixtures is to be reviewed and <br />approved by staff. <br /> <br />
