We have <br />reviewed the following plans related to this particular request: <br /> <br />PUD/ Site Plans, prepared by Sambatek, dated 8/22/19 <br />Preliminary Stormwater Management Plan, prepared by Sambatek, dated 8/22/19 <br />Stormwater Design Worksheet, prepared by Sambatek, dated 8/22/19 <br />Pond Exhibit, prepared by Sambatek, dated 9/12/19 <br />WSBENG.COM <br />| <br /> <br />Based on the review of the Site Plan/PUD documents, we offer the following comments related to <br />this application: <br />Civil Plans <br />651.286.8450 <br />1.We are working directly with the applicant’s engineer to finalize the grading, site, and utility <br />| <br /> <br />plans, specifications, and details. We will issue the drainage permit and construction plan <br />approvals once the remaining issues identified in the redline comments have been <br />55101 <br />addressed. We do not expect that any remaining plan changes will have a significant impact <br />| <br />on the plans. <br />2.Water service will be connected to the existing watermain stub on either the east side or <br />north side of the proposed building and the sanitary sewer service will be extended from the <br />existing sanitary sewer service stub or sanitary structure on the east side of the proposed <br />building. <br />SAINT PAUL, MN <br />| <br /> <br />Stormwater Management <br />3.The applicant has submitted their Stormwater Management Plan for the site, meeting the <br />appropriate storage, rate control, treatment, and volume reduction for the overall <br />SUITE 200 <br /> <br />development. <br /> | <br />The project proposes to utilize an existing regional stormwater pond to meet volume, water <br />quality, and rate control requirements. Pond 10, located in the southeast corner of Elmcrest <br />Avenue North and Rosemary Way, was designed to include the proposed Heartland Credit <br />Union site. Survey of the pond was recently completed to ensure the capacity of the pond is <br />still adequate.
