The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) provides a schedule for the various roadway <br />improvements that are necessary to maintain the City streets in an effective and efficient manner. <br /> <br />The following table summarizes the proposed 5-year Capital Improvement Plan for the City of <br />Hugo. The table identifies the roadways, recommended improvements, and estimated project <br />763.541.4800 <br /> | costs (which incorporates 2019 construction costs and include construction contingency and <br />indirect costs). A map illustrating the proposed <br />attached. <br />55416 <br /> <br />| <br />MINNEAPOLIS, MN <br />| <br />SUITE 300 <br /> | <br /> <br /> <br />Improvements identified to be completed in 2020 include the reclamation of Goodview Avenue. <br />Reclamation is the process by which the existing deteriorating roadway surface is reused as <br />aggregate roadway base for the new street section. <br /> <br />As a reminder, Public Works staff has now eliminated the practice of chip sealing roadways and <br />are looking to incorporate more mill and overly type projects.
