A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS TO ALL OR PORTIONS OF ROADWAYS IDENTIFIED AS <br />THE 2020 GOODVIEW AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve all or portions of Goodview Avenue from County Road 8 to the <br />southern City Limits and to potentially assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. That the proposed improvement, to be referred to the 2020 Goodview Avenue Street <br />Improvement Project for study and that the engineer is instructed to report to the Council with <br />all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement <br />as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments <br />for affected parcels. <br /> <br />Council members voting AYE: <br /> <br />Council members voting NAY: <br /> <br />st <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 21 day of October 2019. <br /> <br /> <br />________________________ <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />___________________________________ <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
