The general <br />intent of the design guidelines is to improve the overall quality of development, to <br />encourage unified development, and to ensure the compatibility of development with <br />surrounding land uses. <br /> <br />The applicant has provided architectural elevations of all principal and accessory <br />buildings and a material sample board to show the type, color, and materials used in all <br />proposed external surfaces.
