Covenants shall be recorded on the property including all of the following <br />conditions. <br /> <br />2. The lake access lot shall only be used by the owner (single user). <br /> <br />3. The property, dock, boat slips, and parking area shall not be rented or used as a <br />private or commercial marina. <br /> <br />4. The dock shall have a maximum of three boat slips. <br /> <br />5. No motor vehicle, recreational vehicle, or boat storage is allowed on the property. <br /> <br />6. A fire pit and picnic table are allowed. <br /> <br />7. There shall be no buildings allowed on the property. <br /> <br />8. The parking area shall be paved with asphalt. <br /> <br />9. The parking lot layout shall be revised to show only two parking spaces. Staff <br />shall review and approve the parking area layout prior to construction. <br /> <br />10. The applicant shall get all required local, State, and Federal permits as required. <br /> <br />11. All Shoreland Overlay District requirements under Section 90-137 of Hugo City <br />Code shall be followed. <br />
