CITY OF HUGO <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> <br /> <br />DATE OF APPROVAL: ______________ <br /> <br />OWNER: _____________ <br /> <br />ADDRESS FOR WHICH CUP IS GRANTED: 12862 Ethan Avenue North <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: See Attached <br /> <br />ZONING DISTRICT: Single Family Detached Residential (R-3) <br /> <br />THIS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ALLOWS FOR THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Lake Access Lot <br /> <br />THIS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IS APPROVED SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br /> <br />1. Covenants shall be recorded on the property including all of the following <br />conditions. <br /> <br />2. The lake access lot shall only be used by the owner (single user). <br /> <br />3. The property, dock, boat slips, and parking area shall not be rented or used as a <br />private or commercial marina. <br /> <br />4. The dock shall have a maximum of three boat slips. <br /> <br />5. No motor vehicle, recreational vehicle, or boat storage is allowed on the property. <br /> <br />6. A fire pit and picnic table are allowed. <br /> <br />7. There shall be no buildings allowed on the property. <br /> <br />8. The parking area shall be paved with asphalt. <br /> <br />9. The parking lot layout shall be revised to show only two parking spaces. Staff <br />shall review and approve the parking area layout prior to construction. <br /> <br />10. The applicant shall get all required local, State, and Federal permits as required. <br /> <br />11. All Shoreland Overlay District requirements under Section 90-137 of Hugo City <br />Code shall be followed. <br />
