Finance Coordinator Anna Wobse recommends Council approve the annual <br />performance review for Utility Billing Clerk Jodie Guareschi. <br /> <br />G.3 Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Tom Smith <br /> <br />Tom Smith was hired by the City of Hugo on June 26, 2000 as a Worker in Public Works <br />Department. Public Works Director Scott Anderson recommends Council approve the annual <br />performance review for Public Works Worker Tom Smith. <br /> <br />G.4 Approve Resolution Approving Waters Edge 6th Addition Final Plat and <br />Development Agreement <br /> <br />Hugo Ventures, LLC, is requesting approval of a final plat in order to plat 37 lots and 1 outlots <br />on the 13 acre parcel located south of Heritage Parkway along Education Drive in the Waters <br />Edge development. The City Council approved the preliminary plat and PUD amendment for <br />Waters Edge 6th Addition at its May 20, 2017 meeting. The final plat will plat all 37 villa style <br />lots from the Waters Edge 6th Addition preliminary plat. The lots meet the minimum lot <br />standards and requirements outlined in the regulations for the Waters Edge PUD and the PUD <br />amendment approved. Staff recommends approval the resolution approving the Final Plat and <br />Development Agreement for Waters Edge 6th Addition. <br /> <br />G.5 Approve Resolution Approving Adelaide Landing 4th Addition Final Plat and <br />Development Agreement <br />  <br />OP5 Adelaide, LLC (Excelsior Group) is requesting approval of a final plat in order to plat 20 <br />lots and 2 outlot on a parcel located east of Highway 61 and north of 130th Street, which will <br />develop a small portion of Outlot B, Adelaide Landing. The site is currently vacant. This final <br />plat request will plat 20 additional lots from the Adelaide Landing preliminary plat. The lots <br />meet the minimum lot standards and requirements outlined in the regulations for the Adelaide <br />Landing PUD. Staff recommends approval of the resolution approving the Final Plat and <br />Development Agreement for Adelaide Landing 4th Addition. <br /> <br />
