Adelaide Landing 3rd Addition Final Plat and Development Agreement <br />Page 2 <br />has discussed installing the parking lots that are proposed with the preliminary plat and PUD. <br />Discussions with the Parks Commission have been happening over the last few months. The <br />Parks Commission made a recommendation for approval of a park layout and the details of the <br />improvements proposed by the developer and plans will be finalized soon. The Parks <br />Commission’s CIP includes $350,000 for park improvements in the Adelaide Landing <br />development this year. The improvements will include parking lots, playground equipment, a <br />park shelter, and other associated park elements. <br /> <br />4.
