4 <br /> <br /> <br /> Section 11. Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, any one <br />of which shall be deemed an original, but when taken together shall constitute one Agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 12. Binding Agreement. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to <br />the benefit of the Parties and their permitted assigns, and nothing in this Agreement, express or <br />implied, is intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any other persons. <br /> <br /> Section 13. Entire Agreement.
