Minutes for the Planning Commission Meetine of Thursday. April 9. 2020 <br />Meeting held remotely pursuant Minn. Stat. Sec. 13D.021 <br />Chair Kleissler called the meeting to order at 7:07 pm. <br />PRESENT: Arcand, Derr, Fry, Kleissler, Lessard, Mulvihill, Tjernlund (joined at 7:20 pm). <br />ABSENT: Luchsinger. <br />STAFF: Rachel Juba, Community Development Director <br />Emily Weber, Community Development Assistant <br />Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Approval of Minutes for the Planning Commission Meeting of February 27, 2020 <br />Commissioner Arcand made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Derr to approve minutes for the <br />meeting of February 27, 2020. <br />Ayes: Arcand, Derr, Fry, Kleissler, Lessard, Mulvihill. <br />Nay: None. Motion carried. <br />Tonv Harmening — PUD and site plan application for a restaurant. <br />The applicant tabled the application until the April 23, 2020 Planning Commission meeting. There was no <br />discussion on this agenda item. <br />Charles and Marykay Haas — Zoning amendment to rezone from Long Term Agricultural to Agricultural <br />at the property located at 15500 Keystone Avenue. <br />Staff provided background on the zoning amendment request. Charles Haas was present to provide <br />further details on his request. Staff recommended that that the Planning Commission open the public <br />hearing and take all public comment. Staff also recommended approval of the zoning amendment <br />request. <br />Chair Kleissler opened the public hearing at 7:19 pm. <br />No one provided comments. <br />Chair Kleissler closed the public hearing at 7:22 pm. <br />There was no discussion from the Planning Commission on the application. <br />
