MEANS THOSE AREAS <br />THAT ARE INUNDATED OR SATURATED BY SURFACE WATER OR GROUNDWATER AT A <br />FREQUENCY AND DURATION SUFFICIENT TO SUPPORT, AND UNDER NORMAL <br />CIRCUMSTANCES DO SUPPORT, A PREVALENCE OF VEGETATION TYPICALLY ADAPTED FOR <br />LIFE IN SATURATED SOIL CONDITIONS.
