<br /> <br />Minutes <br />HUGO CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP <br />LIONS PARK FACILITY STUDY <br />REMOTE MEETING <br />MONDAY, JUNE 29, 2020 – 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting was held remotely pursuant to MN Statute Sec. 13D.021 <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor Weidt called the workshop to order at 7 p.m. <br /> <br />COUNCIL PRESENT REMOTELY: Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt, Haas <br />PARKS COMMISSION PRESENT REMOTELY: Strub, Moore-Arcand, Rauschendorfer, Haag, <br />Schmid, Tennyson, Clarke <br />OTHERS PRESENT REMOTELY: Public Works Director Scott Anderson, Community <br />Development Director Rachel Juba, Finance Director Ron Otkin <br />PRESENT AT CITY HALL: City Administrator Bryan Bear, Parks Planner Shayla Denaway <br /> <br />Parks Planner Shayla Denaway provided a background on Lions Park and a recap of previous <br />Feasibility Study discussions. City Engineer Mark Erichson presented a recap of the City Council <br />Workshop on June 15, 2020 on potential alignments of 147th Street on the north side of Lions <br />Park. Candace Amberg, Senior Landscape Architect with WSB presented an updated Master Plan <br />for Lions Park and cost estimates.
