February 27, 2020 PC Minutes <br />Page 2 <br />Among their discussion, the Planning Commission gave the following suggestions: <br />• Angling the lots that are along the ditch on the east side of the site. <br />• The developer construct the public street through the City -owned property to the southwest of the <br />site at the developer's expense. <br />• Add character along the eastern road of the development. <br />• Keep the villa products at one -level or one and a half level. <br />• Remove one or more lot to make more space. <br />• Changing the Comprehensive Plan to support the utility change. <br />Adiournment <br />Commissioner Arcand made a motion, Derr seconded, to adjourn at 8:04 pm.
