<br /> 3 <br />purchasers, the cost of said recording shall be borne by H.G.A. and charged against the escrow <br />account. <br /> 5. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with and be <br />governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. <br /> 6. Entire Agreement. Amendment, Modification or Waiver.
