3 <br /> <br />During the Event <br /> <br />8. The applicant shall conduct the event in accordance with the approved plans <br />submitted with the application. <br />9. The applicant shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, <br />rules, regulations, and ordinances. <br />10. All food vendors will be properly licensed. <br />11. Security will be posted at all entrances/exits to ensure no alcohol leaves the <br />tent area. <br />12. Any report of alcohol outside the fenced area will result in all alcohol sales <br />and consumption to cease outdoors for the remainder of the event. <br />13. All outdoor activities will end by 9 p.m. <br /> <br />Additional COVID Requirements <br /> <br />14. Their COVID Preparedness plan will be amended to add the following <br />requirements for the event: <br /> Anyone with symptoms of COVID as described in their preparedness plan <br />will be prohibited on the site. <br /> Signs will be posted stating the requirement for face coverings and social <br />distancing. <br /> Patrons will not be allowed to enter the outdoor area if the outdoor <br />capacity will not permit social distancing. <br /> Inside the building will adhere to 50% of capacity limit of the building. <br /> Masks will be made available if needed. <br /> Sanitizing stations will be available at multiple places. <br /> Vendor booths and all tables will be spaced six feet apart. <br /> No more than four chairs will be at a table. <br /> Seating will be required when consuming food or beverages <br /> Face coverings must be worn at all times except while seated and <br />consuming food or beverages. <br /> Yellow tape will be used on the floor/ground to indicate the direction of <br />traffic. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
