The proposed use would not be visible from public waters. <br /> <br />10. The proposed use does not impact any wetlands <br /> <br />11. The applicant would be responsible for obtaining all state and local permits. <br /> <br />12. The property shall be connected to City sewer and all permit fees paid as well as <br />assessments paid prior to the sale of the property. <br /> <br />13. The applicant shall comply with all of the items outlined in the conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />14.
