The sight distance along the haul routes shall be improved at the expense of the <br />permit holder according to the requirements of the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> 17. An updated contour map of the site is to be filed with the City Engineer, when <br />requested. <br /> <br /> 18. All existing trees and natural vegetation bordering the pit area shall be left <br />undisturbed. <br /> <br /> 19. All topsoil in the pit area shall be stockpiled, and used only for site restoration <br />purposes. <br /> <br /> 20. Sewer facilities on the site shall be of the portable, chemical holding-tank type. <br /> <br /> 21. No blasting shall be permitted on site. <br /> <br /> 22. Nuisances on site are to be abated pursuant to Chapter 46 of the City Code (junk <br />vehicles, illegal dumping, etc.). <br /> <br /> 23. Applicant shall refrain from mining below grade closer than fifty (50) feet to the <br />boundary of any zone where such activities are not permitted, or closer than fifty (50) <br />feet to the boundary. <br /> <br /> 24. Inspections are to be conducted on-site. <br /> <br /> 25. The Applicant shall carry liability and property damage insurance, with minimum <br />limits at $1,000,000.00 to any one person and $1,000,000.00 for any occurrence, <br />naming the City of Hugo as an additional insured. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
