RESOLUTION 2020-53 <br />APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR GRUNDHOFER'S OLD FASHIONED MEATS <br />LOCATED AT 15449 FOREST BOULEVARD NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Grundhofer's Old Fashioned Meats, requested approval of a site plan for an <br />approximately 2,450 square foot addition to the existing building, on property legally <br />described as follows: <br />See Attached <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan on September 24, <br />2020 and recommends approval subject to the conditions listed in this resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site <br />plan for the Grundhofer's Old Fashioned Meats, subject to the following conditions and <br />findings: <br />1. All items on the Engineer's memo and "red -line" detailed engineering comments that <br />have been sent directly to the applicant dated September 17, 2020, shall be addressed. <br />2. Prior to the installation of any signs, the applicant shall obtain a sign permit. <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit: <br />3. The applicant shall submit the final building material samples and colors for the <br />building to be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />4. A stormwater permit shall be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer <br />Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy: <br />5. All roof top and ground mechanical equipment must be screened from view of <br />adjacent properties. <br />6. All required landscaping shall be fully installed. <br />7. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City over the stormwater <br />management facilities and applicable utilities. <br />8. A maintenance agreement for the stormwater management facilities shall be recorded <br />against the property. <br />
