Resolution 2020-55 <br />Page 2 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />variance request for Grundhofer's Old Fashioned Meats to allow an addition to the <br />existing building to be setback 12 feet from the side yard, where 30 feet is required by <br />ordinance. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 5h day of October, 2020. <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
