Resolution 2020-___ <br />Rice Lake Reserve Final Plat and Development Agreement <br /> <br />g) The developer shall enter into an encroachment and maintenance agreement for the <br />stormwater reuse system and pump location within Outlot C. <br /> <br />h) The developer shall enter into a development agreement, shall agree to complete all <br />improvements, and pay all fees as required by the agreement. <br /> <br />Landscaping and Lighting <br /> <br />i) The final landscape plans must be submitted for review and approval by staff. <br /> <br />Signage <br /> <br />j) Final design of the entrance signage for the development shall be reviewed and <br />approved by staff. <br /> <br />k) The property owners association shall be responsible for maintenance of all <br />development signage and landscaping within the outlots and common space. <br /> <br /> <br />15. Prior to the issuance of building permits: <br /> <br />a) The applicant shall file the final plat, development agreement and associated <br />documents with Washington County. Proof of recording shall be provided to the City. <br /> <br />b) The applicant shall submit three full sets of approved final plans to the City. <br /> <br />c) If a sales trailer is located in the property, a site plan and building elevations shall be <br />submitted for City review and approval. <br /> <br />16. Prior to the issuance of Certificate of Occupancy: <br /> <br />a) The trail, landscaping, and amenities shall be installed in the outlots. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council on November 16, 2020. <br /> <br /> ___________________________
