<br /> <br />Rice Lake Reserve 22 <br /> h) Park Dedication. The Developer agrees to pay a park dedication fee <br />of $2,400 per lot for residential development payable before the final plat is signed by the City. <br />Said fee shall be due for each of the 42 lots within the Plat (i.e. total due $100,800). <br /> <br /> i) Cul-de-sac Escrow. N/A <br /> <br /> j) Escrow for Street Signage. Developer shall deposit $2000.00 into an <br />escrow account with the City. This amount represents an estimated cost of <br />$500/sign for 4 signs to be installed within the development. <br /> <br /> k) WCA Escrow. N/A <br /> <br />l) Sanitary Sewer Trunk Fee. The Developer shall pay the City a sanitary <br />sewer trunk fee in the amount of $68,544.00. This sum is calculated to be $1,632 per lot for the 42 <br />residential lots within this phase. <br /> <br />m) Water Trunk Fee. The Developer shall pay the City water trunk fee in the <br />amount of $49,392. This sum is calculated to be $1,960 per lot, with credit provided for the <br />stormwater reuse/irrigation system based on the anticipated reduction in water demand. The <br />reduction is calculated at 40%, resulting in a trunk water fee amount of $1,176 per lot. The total is <br />based on the reduced per unit fee applied to the 42 lots in the plat. <br /> <br />n) Watermain Oversizing Credit. The Developer shall be provided a credit <br />for watermain oversizing in the amount of $57,650.00.
