We6er3pecial Use Permit <br />Page 2 <br />2. This facility shall only operate during the months of April <br />through October. Hours of operation shall be limited to 6:30 AM <br />to 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM <br />Saturdays and Sundays. <br />3. Hours of operation, along with an emergency phone number to <br />contact the facility operator, shall be posted and maintained on <br />site and readily visible to the public at all times. <br />4. A septic holding tank, approved by the Washington County <br />Department of Health, shall be installed on site and maintained <br />in accordance with appropriate health codes. Such tank shall be <br />drained as needed to insure operability of the system. Following <br />installation of the septic holding tank, a portable septic <br />holding system shall not be allowed on the site. <br />5. If, and when municipal sewer and/or water is available to the <br />site the septic holding tank shall be removed and all sanitary <br />facilities shall be connected to municipal service. The property <br />owner shall pay all assessments for the public improvements in <br />the manner provided by law. <br />6. The site shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, <br />and in such a manner as to avoid any accumulation of trash, <br />debris or junk on the site, the adjacent public right-of-way, or <br />any adjoining properties. Trash and other debris shall be <br />contained in appropriate trash receptacles at all times. Garbage <br />collection services shall be utilized on a regular and scheduled <br />basis. <br />7. No music or other entertainment shall be audible from outside of <br />the building located on the site. <br />S. No advertising signs shall be placed on docks or on the lake side <br />of the street. <br />9. No boat launching shall be allowed on site other than the boats <br />allowed for rental as described in paragraph 1. <br />10. No more than 200 feet of dockage shall be maintained or used on <br />site. <br />11. A minimum of twenty one (21) off street parking spaces shall be <br />provided by the facility owner on the site by June 1, 1993. The <br />spaces shall be maintained as long as the facility is in <br />operation. The parking spaces shall be composed of gravel or <br />aggregate materials, except that any handicapped parking space <br />may be improved to meet the requirements of the Americans with <br />Disabilities Act or similar requirements for handicapped <br />accessibility pursuant to Minnesota law, including the sign <br />requirements of Minnesota Statutes 169.346. <br />
