RESOLUTION 2020-XX <br />APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR THE ISD #624 TRANSPORTATION <br />FACILITY LOCATED AT 13411 FENWAY BOULEVARD NORTH <br />WHEREAS, ISD #624 requested approval of a site plan for an approximately 10,600 <br />square foot office and maintenance building that will be the School District's <br />transportation facility, located on property legally described as follows: <br />See Attached <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan on October 8, 2020 <br />and recommends approval subject to the conditions listed in this resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site <br />plan for ISD #624 for an approximately 10,600 square foot transportation facility, subject <br />to the following conditions and findings: <br />1. All items on the Engineer's memo and "red -line" detailed engineering comments that <br />have been sent directly to the applicant dated October 1, 2020, shall be addressed. <br />2. Prior to the installation of any signs, the applicant shall obtain a sign permit. <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit: <br />3. The plans shall be revised to meet all stormwater rate control requirements. <br />4. The applicant shall submit the final building material samples and colors for the <br />building to be reviewed and approved by staff. The fencing material shall also be <br />reviewed and approved by staff. <br />5. The applicant shall show how the internal drainage system will be integrated into the <br />building design and shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />Prior to any grading done on site: <br />6. The applicant shall complete a wetland delineation of the property, to be reviewed <br />and approved by the TEP. <br />Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy: <br />7. All ground mechanical equipment must be screened from view of adjacent properties. <br />Staff shall perform an inspection when equipment is installed to ensure compliance <br />with City code. <br />8. All required landscaping shall be fully installed. <br />
