5. Clearwater Creek Preserve Park Hours <br /> Shayla Denaway, Parks Planner updated on the calls received about suspicious behavior in Clearwater Creek <br /> Preserve. Complaints have included teenagers possibly drinking, bonfires and gathering of vehicles later in <br /> the evening. Clearwater Creek Preserve is currently open from 6:00 AM to 11:00PM.There currently is no <br /> lighting, has secluded walking trail and archery hunting is allowed. The park ordinance can be changed with <br /> signage stating park hours stated in the park ordinance. <br /> Tennyson made a motion,Clark seconded to approve the park hours as''/: hour after sunset and new signage <br /> to show the changes. <br /> Ayes: Roger Clarke, Mat Rauschendorfer, Nicole Schmid, Dave Strub, Ranell Tennyson <br /> Motion approved. <br /> 6.
