Anderson said residents are not required to clear the sidewalks but the expectation is that residents will be <br /> good neighbors. Public Works doesn't have enough man power or equipment to clear all sidewalks and trails <br /> in the City. Some areas are maintained by Homeowner Associations. <br /> Moore-Arcand asked if we will be over extended with cost and staffing to maintain the additional routes <br /> added to the policy. <br /> Anderson said we should be fine as long as the equipment has no major break downs or necessary repairs. <br /> Moore-Arcand made a motion, Strub seconded to approve the changes City of Hugo's Snow and Ice Control <br /> Policy and Procedures. <br /> Ayes: Shawn Haag, Cathy Moore-Arcand, Mat Rauschedorfer, Nicole Schmid, Dave Strub <br /> Motion passed. <br /> Dave Strub asked City Staff to provide a second map showing trails and areas maintained by Homeowner <br /> Associations to encourage use. <br /> 3. Liens Pars Design Develops-Tients Update <br /> Shayla Denaway, Parks Planner updated on the Lions Park design developments. <br /> September 8, 2020 City Council approved the Architectural proposed <br /> September 25, 2020 Architects were interviewed <br /> October 5, 2020 City Council approved WSB and HCM Architects. Total consultant cost: $161,200 <br /> October 6, 2020 Lions Club meeting <br /> October 8, 2020 Planning Commission meetings for the pavilion and playground <br /> October 12, 2020 Community Workshop-3 residents at City Hall, 13 residents remotely participating. <br /> Mentimenter Survey on line—ongoing with participation available <br /> October 19, 2020 Stakeholders were appointed <br /> October—December 2020 Design process with stakeholders <br /> January—February 2021 Coordinate with WSB designs at 50 <br /> Present plans to the Parks Commission and City Council <br /> January—February 2021 Authorize construction documents <br /> Spring/Summer 2021 Bids, bond and construction starts <br /> Cathy Moore-Arcand requested City Staff to provide email updates for all Park Commission members. <br /> 4.
