In particular, we have reviewed the following plans related to this
particular request:

• Plans prepared by NAI Architects dated 10/19/20 with latest revision date of 11/16/20.
• Project Narrative dated 11/17/20.

Based on the review of the above documents, we offer the following comments related to this
application:

Grading, Street, and Utility Plans

1. The applicant is simply adding an addition to the existing building and utilizing the existing
parking, sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer facilities already present.
2. Staff has provided some minor redline comments related to grading and erosion control.

Stormwater Management

3. Based on the amount of area disturbed and limited additional impervious area, rules related
stormwater management requirements are not triggered.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide comments on this project. If you have any questions,
please do not hesitate to contact me at 651-286-8463.

Sincerely,

WSB

Mark Erichson, PE
City Engineer

cc: Liz Finnegan, Senior Engineering Technician (email only)
Emily Weber, Community Development assistant
