We appreciate your confidence in us and we <br />value our working relationship with the City. We were pleased to be able work with the City to continue development <br />review in this challenging year. We look forward to working with you in 2021 to provide continued planning support, <br />included development review and ordinance amendment work as directed. Landform has a full-time staff of professionals, <br />all of whom are committed to providing services that are truly tailored to the communities we serve and helping our clients <br />plan great places. <br /> <br />I have attached our municipal rate schedule for 2021. We recognize that we all have budget constraints and this rate <br />schedule allows us to be competitive with other firms and provide a comprehensive range of services through retention of <br />our most talented employees. Our rates reflect a 2% increase in our fees this year. These rates will become effective on <br />January 1, 2021 for hourly work performed by Landform on behalf of the City in 2021. <br /> <br />We look forward to working with the City in 2021 and the opportunity to continue to provide professional planning services <br />to assist your staff.
