WSB is always willing to adjust our scope of services <br />as necessary in order to be more tailored to your needs or account for budgetary concerns. <br /> <br />A. Final Design Documents <br /> <br />a. Project Start-Up Meeting: WSB will attend a virtual project start-up meeting <br />with the City staff to confirm the scope of work for the extent of development to <br />carry into construction based on the final approved budget. <br /> <br />b. Stormwater Design: <br />i. Final stormwater modeling and calculations to include Best Management <br />Practices (BMP) design, including confirmation of off-site BMP to meet <br />park improvements. <br />ii. Preparation of a drainage plan for the parking lots and park site but this <br />does not include the adjacent roadways, which are identified under the <br />street improvement project. <br /> <br />c. Final Site Design: WSB shall coordinate with the City to review and select final <br />amenities to carry forward into final design. Final design shall include <br />professional design and engineering services for the preparation of final <br />construction documents for the park site improvements, as approved by the <br />City. Final design documents for the site will include: <br />i. Removals Plan <br />ii. SWPPP Plans <br />iii. Layout Plan & Enlargements <br />iv. Grading Plan & Enlargements <br />v. Restoration Plan, Landscaping Plan & Enlargements
