Feasibility Report <br />2021 Downtown Improvements <br />City of Hugo, MN <br />WSB Project No. 015887-000 Page 13 <br />8 FEASIBILITY AND RECOMMENDATION <br />The 2021 Downtown Improvements consists of pavement reconstruction, localized subgrade corrections, <br />and drainage improvements. The estimated cost of the street improvement project is $3,656,800. <br />Based on the information contained within this report, the proposed improvements as described can be <br />considered necessary, cost-effective, and feasible from an engineering perspective. WSB recommends <br />construction of the proposed improvements as detailed in this report. The economic feasibility of this <br />project will be determined by the City Council.
