RESOLUTION 2021-6 <br />APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR PAUL AND LINDA <br />HOLMAN AND XCEL ENERGY FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15505 <br />FOREST BOULEVARD NORTH <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Paul Holman and Xcel Engery for the <br />property located at 15121 Everton Avenue North. <br />WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in a parcels described as <br />follows: <br />(See Attached) <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line <br />adjustment subject to the following condition: <br />1. The two parcels identified as 18.031.21.43.001 and 19.031.21.12.0001 shall be <br />combined. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />property line adjustment for Paul and Linda Holman and Xcel Energy. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council on January 4, 2021. <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
