Staff had completed the feasibility study and City Council had <br />accepted the study at its February 1, 2021 City Council meeting and called for a Public Hearing to <br />be held on March 1st, 2021. <br /> <br />Proposed improvements include street improvements and drainage improvements along the <br />following roadways: <br /> <br /> 147th Street from just west of TH 61 to Finale Avenue <br /> The extension of 147th Street from Finale Avenue to Oneka Boulevard <br /> Flay Avenue north of 147th Street to its existing termination point <br /> Upper 146th Street from Finale Avenue to Fitzgerald Avenue <br /> 146th Street from Finale Avenue to Fitzgerald Avenue <br /> Finley Avenue from Upper 146th Street to 145th Street <br /> Fitzgerald Avenue from 147th Street to 145th Street <br /> Oneka Parkway at 147th Street (intersection and turn lanes) <br /> <br />Funding for the project will be provided through assessments to benefiting properties, City Street <br />Funds, and the City’s Municipal State Aid Funds. The proposed funding is outlined on the <br />following page: <br />
