  <br />Description of Temporary Construction Easement  <br />A temporary easement for construction purposes over, under, and across the following described  <br />property:  <br />That part of Lot 2, County Auditor’s Plat No. 7, described as:  <br />Beginning at a point on the West line of said Lot 2, 30 feet South of the Northwest corner  <br />thereof; thence North 89 degrees 33 minutes East parallel with the North line of said Lot 2 for  <br />140 feet; thence South 100 feet; thence South 89 degrees 33 minutes West for 140 feet to the  <br />West line of said Lot 2, thence North along said West line for 100 feet to the point of beginning,  <br />Washington County, Minnesota.  <br />Said temporary easement lies northwesterly of the following described line:  <br />Beginning at a point on the west line of the above described property distant 12.86 feet  <br />southerly, as measured along said west line, from the northwest corner thereof; thence  <br />northeasterly to a point on the north line of the above described property distant 11.03 feet  <br />easterly, as measured along said north line, from the northwest corner thereof and there  <br />terminating.  <br />EXCEPT that part lying northwesterly of the following described line:  <br />Beginning at a point on the west line of the above described property distant 8.23 feet  <br />southerly, as measured along said west line, from the northwest corner thereof; thence  <br />northeasterly to a point on the north line of the above described property distant 7.06 feet  <br />easterly, as measured along said north line, from the northwest corner thereof and there  <br />terminating.  <br />AND  <br />A temporary easement for construction purposes over, under, and across the north 5.00 feet and  <br />the west 5.00 feet of the above described property EXCEPT that part lying northwesterly of the  <br />following described line:  <br />Beginning at a point on the west line of the above described property distant 12.86 feet  <br />southerly, as measured along said west line, from the northwest corner thereof; thence  <br />northeasterly to a point on the north line of the above described property distant 11.03 feet  <br />easterly, as measured along said north line, from the northwest corner thereof and there  <br />terminating.  <br />Location:  City of Hugo  <br />Address:  14719 Fitzgerald Ave N
