We are proposing to replat the 3 existing parcels, which total 15.15 acres, into 10 single family lots. <br />There is an existing home that would remain on one of the proposed lots (lot 10), which would remain and <br />meet all existing R1 standards. <br /> <br />The current parcels are zoned R-1, Single Family Residential. The R-1 zoning provides for development <br />density of 1 unit per acre, which is consistent with the sketch plan provided. <br /> <br /> <br />What is your specific request?
