I've taken time to review and was extremely pleased to see that plans changed toinclude 1 acre lots. Storm Water Management concerns for the proposed development were raised byboth City of Hugo Community Development Department Director, Rachel Juba andCity of Hugo Engineer, Mark Erichson, PE. Storm Water Management is a large concern for me and my property as well. Myproperty follows along a portion of the eastern border of the proposed developmenton 121st Street N. The developer is proposing a stormwater management plan through the constructionof ponds within the site. The sketch plan shows the placement of proposed holdingpond on eastern portion of the proposed development. This proposed holding pond is of a real concern for me as it follows along a very largeportion of the eastern border of my property. The property and area surrounding the property has some drainage issues. Thestormwater management of this site should be evaluated to help solve the drainageissues. This might require the relocation of the proposed stormwater pond as shown on site. Staff will need to work with the developer, as this proposed project moves forward as
