DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br /> <br />The applicants are requesting approval of a property line adjustment for the properties located at <br />the northwest and southwest corners of Frenchman Road (CSAH 8) and Forest Boulevard (TH <br />61). The applicant is proposing to adjust the common property line between the properties and <br />combine then into two parcels. This adjustment will result in Parcel A totaling 4.97 acres and <br />Parcel B totaling 16.09 acres. <br /> <br />2. ANALYSIS: <br /> <br />Section 90-339 of the City’s Comprehensive Land Use Regulations states that, “where adjacent <br />property owners desire to adjust their mutual lot line without creating a new parcel or lot of record, <br />they may request a property line adjustment.” Subd.
