Outlot Use and Ownership: A. Outlot F is to remain under current ownership and will continue to be zoned Future Urban Service. The outlot shall be combined with the parcel to the east and will be rezoned with future development. There will be no access to Outlot F from the west and shall only be allowed from the east. 10. The landscaping planned for the development shall be installed all at the same time during each phase. The developers shall take proper precautions to protect the trees as the homes are being built. 11. The developer must comply with the following, prior to Final Plat and Final PUD Plan application approval: Landscaping and Lighting a.
