These homes will range in size from 1,777 square feet up to 2,337 square feet. These homes all have <br />three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The larger floor plan has an optional fourth bedroom <br />that homeowners can select. Each home will also have a two car attached garage. <br />These homes are designed with young growing families in mind but we have found a variety of buyers <br />such as single parents, professionals and move down buyers. While working with architects we have <br />tried to minimize the garages by having living space over the garage and front stoops. We have <br />provided sample elevations and floor plans in Exhibit C.
