How did Hugo Diversity Strong Come to Be? <br />•In August 2020 Black Lives Matter organized a protest outside the <br />home of Minneapolis Police Federation President Bob Kroll’s home. <br />•The social unrest that followed the protest caused a group of Hugo <br />residents to seek like-minded neighbors. <br />•Hugo Diversity Strong was founded by Amanda Carter in hopes of <br />bringing residents together to promote tolerance and equality in <br />Hugo.
