<br />That part of Lot 34 of COUNTY AUDITORS PLAT NO. 7 of the Village of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, which lies
<br />Northerly of Parcel Number 4, WASHINGTON COUNTY RIGHT OF WAY PLAT NUMBER 147 - C.S.A.H. 8. EXCEPT the
<br />following described tract: Commencing at the intersection of the East-West quarter line of Section 20, Township 31
<br />North, Range 21 West, with the Westerly boundary line of the land owned by the Northern Pacific Railway Company,
<br />said boundary line being 200 feet Westerly, measured at right angles, from the centerline of the main track of said
<br />railway company, as the same existed August 22, 1919, thence Southwesterly, along said boundary line, parallel with
<br />the center line of said track, 473.85 feet, which is the point of beginning of this description: Thence proceeding along
<br />the same boundary line in the same direction 200 feet to a point, thence Northwesterly at right angles 100 feet to a
<br />point, thence Northeasterly at right angles, and parallel with the said railway company boundary line, 200 feet to a
<br />point, thence Southeasterly at right angles to the point of beginning. The herein -before described parcel being a part
<br />of Lot 34 to COUNTY AUDITORS PLAT NO. 7.
<br />And Except that part Commencing at the intersection of the East and West Quarter line, of Section Twenty (20),
<br />Township Thirty-one (31) North, Range Twenty-one (21) West with the Westerly boundary line of the land owned by
<br />the Northern Pacific R.R., said boundary line being Two Hundred (200) feet Westerly, measured at right angles from
<br />the centerline of the main track of said Railway Company as the same existed August 22, 1919; thence Southwesterly
<br />along said boundary line parallel with the centerline of said track Four Hundred Seventy-three and Eighty-five
<br />hundredths (473.85) feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract herein described; thence Northwesterly at right
<br />angles to said Westerly boundary line of said R.R property, a distance of One Hundred (100.0) feet thence
<br />Southwesterly at right angles and parallel to westerly line of said R.R. property, a distance of Two Hundred (200.0)
<br />feet; thence West, and parallel to the North line of said Lot Thirty-four (34) COUNTY AUDITORS PLAT NO. 7, a distance
<br />of One Hundred Eighty (180.0) feet; thence North at right angles, a distance of Two Hundred Nineteen and Forty-five
<br />hundredths (219.45) feet, more or less, to the North line of Lot Thirty-four (34), COUNTY AUDITORS PLAT NO. 7;
<br />thence East along the North line of Lot Thirty-four (34), COUNTY AUDITORS PLAT NO. 7, a distance of One Hundred
<br />Fifty and Five -tenths (150.5) feet, more or less, to an angle point in said North line of Lot Thirty-four (34); thence
<br />Southeasterly, along Northerly line of said Lot Thirty-four (34), a distance of One Seventy Four and Eight -tenths
<br />(174.8) feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.

<br />WASHINGTON COUNTY RIGHT OF WAY PLAT NUMBER 147 - C.S.A.H. 8; being that portion of the Westerly 175.0 feet
<br />of Burlington Northern Railroad Company's (formerly Northern Pacific Railway Company) 250.0 foot wide station
<br />ground property at Hugo, Minnesota being 50.0 feet wide on the Easterly side and 200.0 feet wide on the Westerly
<br />side of said railroad company's hereinafter described main track centerline as now located and constructed upon, over
<br />and across Government Lot 5 in Section 20, Township 31 North, Range 21 West, of the 4th Principal Meridian
<br />Washington County, Minnesota lying between two lines drawn parallel with and distant, respectively 25.0 feet and
<br />200.0 feet Northwesterly, measured at right angles to said hereinafter described main track centerline and bounded on
<br />the South by the South line of said Government Lot 5 and bounded on the North by a line drawn at right angles to said
<br />hereinafter described main track centerline from a point distant 700.0 feet Southwesterly of, as measured along said
<br />hereinafter described main track centerline, from the said North line of Government Lot 5.
<br />Main Track Centerline Description:
<br />Beginning at a point on the South line of said Section 20, distant 957.5 feet East of the Southwest corner thereof;
<br />thence Northeasterly along a straight line to a point on the South line of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township
<br />31 North, Range 21 West, 4th Principal Meridian, distant 463.0 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Southeast
<br />Quarter and there terminating.
