Oneka Place 5th Addition Final Plat and <br />Development Agreement <br />DATE: March 5, 2021, for the City Council Meeting of March 15, 2021 <br />REVIEW DEADLINE: March 26, 2021 (60-days) <br />1.PROPOSED MOTION: <br />Move to approve the resolution approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement for Oneka <br />Place 5th Addition. Approval of the Final Plat and Development Agreement requires a 3/5 vote <br />of the City Council. <br />2.DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a final plat and development agreement to plat <br />14 residential lot from the Oneka Place preliminary plat. This will develop 4.5 acres in <br />property legally described as Outlot A, Oneka Place 4th Addition.The sites are currently <br />vacant. <br />3.BACKGROUND: <br />The City Council approved the preliminary plat and PUD for Oneka Place at its May 21, 2018 <br />meeting which included 177 residential lots. This final plat will plat 14 residential lots from <br />the Oneka Place preliminary plat. The lots meet the minimum lot standards and requirements <br />for the Oneka Place PUD. This is the last phase of the development. <br />Park dedication has been stratified for the this development with the dedication of Outlot N, <br />Oneka Place.
