Said permanent easement lies southerly of the following described line: <br />Beginning at a point on the west line of said Lot 5, distant 22.74 feet northerly, as measured <br />along said west line, from the southwest corner thereof; thence northeasterly to a point on the <br />east line of said Lot 5, distant 46.83 feet northerly, as measured along said east line, from the <br />southeast corner thereof and there terminating. <br />EXCEPT that part which lies within the public roadway and utility easement as reserved in Doc. <br />No. 3739896 and described as follows: <br />That part of Lot 5, Granger's Addition, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in <br />the office of the Washington County Recorder. <br />Beginning at a point on the west line of said Lot 5, distant 14.29 feet north of the southwest <br />corner of said Lot 5 as measured along said west line; thence northeasterly, to a point on <br />the east line of said Lot 5, distant 36.11 feet north of the southeast corner of said Lot 5 as <br />measured along said east line, and said line there terminating. <br />Description of Temporary Construction Easement <br />A temporary easement for construction purposes over, under, and across the following described <br />property: <br />Lot 5, Granger's Addition, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the <br />Washington County Recorder. <br />Said permanent easement lies southerly of the following described line: <br />Beginning at a point on the west line of said Lot 5, distant 27.80 feet northerly, as measured <br />along said west line, from the southwest corner thereof; thence northeasterly to a point on the <br />east line of said Lot 5, distant 52.16 feet northerly, as measured along said east line, from the <br />southeast corner thereof and there terminating. <br />EXCEPT that part lying southerly of the following described line: <br />Beginning at a point on the west line of said Lot 5, distant 22.74 feet northerly, as measured <br />along said west line, from the southwest corner thereof, thence northeasterly to a point on <br />the east line of said Lot 5, distant 46.83 feet northerly, as measured along said east line, <br />from the southeast corner thereof and there terminating. <br />Location: City of Hugo <br />Address: 5601 147th St N <br />PID No: 20-031-21-24-0011 <br />
