CITY OF HUGO <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> <br /> <br />DATE OF APPROVAL: April 5, 2021 <br /> <br />OWNER: Xcel Energy Inc. <br /> 414 Nicollet Mall <br /> Minneapolis, MN 55401 <br /> <br />ADDRESS FOR WHICH CUP IS GRANTED: 13620 Fenway Boulevard North <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: See Exhibit A <br /> <br />ZONING DISTRICT: Business Park (BP) <br /> <br />THIS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ALLOWS FOR THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />An amendment to the site plan to include a new transmission line for training. <br /> <br />THIS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IS APPROVED SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. The conditional use permit is hereby amended to include the site plan dated <br />February 5, 2021 showing the location of the added transmission line for training. <br /> <br />2. The conditional use permit shall comply with the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. The development shall comply with the comments in the Engineer’s <br />memo dated December 1, 2011, May 15, 2012, October 29, 2012, and July <br />7, 2017. <br /> <br />b. The location and geometrics of the site plan shall further reviewed and <br />approved by City staff prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />c. All exterior storage shall be screened from view from adjacent properties <br />and right of ways. Staff shall review and approve the fencing and <br />landscape plan. <br /> <br />d. Exterior storage of equipment shall be located on a paved surface. <br /> <br />e. The design of the home simulators shall be reviewed and approved by City <br />staff prior to installation. <br /> <br />f. The building architecture is subject to further review and approval by the <br />City. <br />
