RESOLUTION 2021-___ <br /> APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR SCOTT JOHNSON <br />FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 9604 170TH STREET NORTH <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Scott Johnson that requests approval of a <br />property line adjustment for properties located at 9604 170th Street North <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(See Attached) <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line <br />adjustment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the property line <br />adjustment for Scott Johnson <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 5th day of April, 2021. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________________ <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
