RESOLUTION 2021-XX <br /> <br />APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR OCTAVIO CHUNG <br />BUSTAMANTE AND MARY CHUNG TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A <br />FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4958 142ND CIRCLE NORTH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Octavio Chung Bustamante and Mary <br />Chung that requests approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a <br />fence within a drainage and utility easement on the property located at 4958 142nd Circle <br />North, legally described as follows; <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 1, Clearwater Cove 3rd Addition, Washington County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment <br />agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />encroachment agreement for Octavio Chung Bustamante and Mary Chung on the property <br />located at 4958 142nd Circle North. <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 5th day of April, 2021. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________________ <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk
