<br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF HUGO <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Bryan Bear, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Scott Anderson, Public Works Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Construction Payment Request #6 <br /> Hugo Public Works Facility <br /> Ebert Construction <br /> <br />DATE: For the City Council Meeting of April 5, 2021 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />Please find the enclosed application for payment for the City of Hugo Public Works <br />Facility project in the amount of $23,191.51. The quantities completed to date have <br />been reviewed and agreed upon by the architect, contractor and city staff. <br /> <br />The amount indicated above reflects the work certified through March of 2021, with a <br />5% retainage applied. Total retainage being held for the project to date is $58,041.95. <br /> <br /> <br />DESIRED ACTION <br /> <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve payment request #6 in the amount of <br />$23,191.51 to Ebert Construction. <br />
